German Heritage Night & Announcement of Capital Campaign Committee Formation - March 23, 2006 Gallery
The new location for our history night programs is the North Tonawanda Senior Center. The Senior Center was begun in 1970 under the direction of John Gannon. It was housed at first at the corner of Robinson and Vandervoort Streets until 1973 when it moved to the Pine Woods School building at 472 Schenck Street. When the present location at 110 Goundry became available in 1974, the Senior Center moved in officially on August 5, 1974. Pamela Hogan has been Program Coordinator since July 2002.
Barbara Wickman arrives early for each history night program, providing our refreshments, and assisting in taking everything back to the Museum after the program is over.
Hot coffee ready for our guests, thanks to Barb Wickman.
Steve Ash has been part of the Museum effort since our first interest group meeting on September 10, 2003..
