William M. Davignon and Museum President Joyce M. Santiago. Bill is one of 15 Honorary Co-Chairs of the Capital Campaign Committee. He was made an Honorary Charter Life Member for his service to the Museum in its first year of existence, and with Senator George Maziarz and then Mayor David Burgio and City Historian A. Daniel Bille, led the first interest group session on September 10, 2003, to establish a new history museum in North Tonawanda. Joyce's husband, Lou Santiago, has been a member of the Museum's Advisory Committee since September 10, 2003, and was also made a Charter Honorary Life Member for his service to the Museum in its first year. The Santiago family was honored in December 2005 as a Volunteer Family of the Year(s) 2003-2005.
