1st Annual North Tonawanda's Birthday Party - April 15, 2004 Gallery
Museum Director Donna Zellner Neal begins to cut the birthday cake provided by Budwey's bakery for the City of North Tonawanda's 107th birthday. This was the first time the Museum threw a birthday party for the City we represent. The birthday party will be an annual event. Also included in the celebration was the celebration of the 90th anniversary of the founding of DeGraff Memorial Hospital. The first event took place in the Buffalo Suzuki Strings Musical Arts Center, 4 Sweeney Street. Five days later, our Provisional Charter as a Museum was granted by the Regents of the State University of New York.

Several weeks later, Cynthia Fredricks became a member of the Museum's Board of Trusteees and accepted the responsibility of chairing the Community Relation Committee. She soon became Vice President.
