     “Mayor Burgio gave Joe Kuligowski of Twin-Ton Auto Sales a proclamation for 50 years of service on Oliver Street. “It's not only a great business, it's the prettiest block on the street,” said alderman Larry Soos, who owns a tavern on Oliver. “He's setting a great example. If everybody else felt like he does, this city would be a jewel.”
