| The Sweeney Building, 15 Webster Street, at Webster and Sweeney Street is believed to have been constructed in 1912. For many years, it housed the Tonawanda Power Company as well as other offices. This photo was taken probably in 1923. The "Silk Mill" is partially visible on Sweeney Street behind the Sweeney Building. |
