St. Matthew Lutheran Church and School

Caption to be forthcoming.

St. Matthew Lutheran Church was established in 1890 and has been blessed by God's grace for over 100 years. We gather each Sunday under the cross for worship and Christian fellowship. We are determined by God's grace to bring our sinful bodies and souls under the cross for cleansing and inspiration, to repent of our sins and then go on living for Jesus a life that is true, striving to please Him in all that we do.

The church is a hospital for those seeking and needing healing in the spirit. We want to be closer to Jesus - born at Christmas, crucified on Good Friday on account of our sins, but risen from the dead on Easter - giving us the sure confidence that by following Him we too shall come to the life eternal. We seek His presence every passing hour.

The arms of the cross under which we assemble reach out to our community - inviting you to join us - under the cross.
