Frank's Liquors - 14 Webster Street  - Established in 1935

Established in 1935 as North Side Liquors, it was the first liquor store licensed in Western New York outside the City limits of Buffalo after Prohibition ended.  It was the 18th liquor store licensed in the State after the end of Prohibition.  Donald Gubbins has been current owner since 1982. In 2000, readers of the Tonawanda News voted Frank's Liquors the best liquor store in the Tonawandas in their "Best of 2000" survey.
